A prominent Milwaukee non-profit partnered with us for a technology assessment and deep-dive discovery session. After providing our recommendations, the non-profit hired us on to get their IT department back on track. Unfortunately, none of its employees liked or cared about IT, which led to out-of-control budgets and frozen workflow. We came in and completely took over, starting with coaching its internal IT team to treat the employees like clients.
